Produce Testing/Viewing Workshop

The activities or event takes place first Saturday of every quarter yearly.

The workshop starts from 12 noon and last Until approximately 3 PM.
Afterwards , you can optionally watch other farm operations like milking of cows, goats or sheep.

The participants will make their own cheese which one can take home afterwards. After cheesemaking, we will take you into the barn to meet the cattle that supply the fresh milk for this workshop.

We conclude the afternoon with goat cheese fondue accompanied by a glass of organic white wine or a glass of fresh mint tea.
